Lets go directly to the cruel hard facts. To be brutally honest, the band's morale is going in a downward spiral. Attendence. Drills. Tone. Mainly the things that are of utmost importance to the band community is deteriorating. Come on guys. Lets work together to bring up the band!!



A few things we hav to really work on.

Lets jus focus on the main..

1. Attendence.

2. Music.

3. Drills.

4. Attitude



Attendence. :/It has been a problem for a long long time.. Band mates.. this is the CCA that you've picked YOURSELF. sorry to say this but : you've made this choice. Bear the responsibility. Come for the practices. Like it ornot, its the CCA that YOU"VE PICKED.



Music. Truthfully, i know everyone in the band definitely share that passion in music. That common passion that made us choose band as our CCA from the start. Everyone can play well as long as you try hard enough and put in the effort. Everyone starts from scratch.



As quoted from what i learnt from the NCO camp. "Start from scratch and keep scratching."



No one can pick up a foreign instrument and starts playing miraculously. It all comes from hardwork and practice. Practice do make perfect. When you don't even come, how can you even play well?



*And play the music with your heart. From within yourself.



Attitude plays a part in this. Your attitude.

-Basic respect to conductors, to seniors.

-Hardwork, effort, dilligence towards learning, towards understanding.



I should not probe further. Whats most important towards our goal depends on each and every one of you. The band needs you.



Okay. Our drills. Well, its really bad. Really. People, you've got to understand the need for drills

We're a military band. HELLO. Drills enforces discipline. Moreover, we need it for SYF- the marching video. So do your drills properly. Don't pout your lips and give angered expressions.

Don't show that attitude.



We're all in this together. [crap. sounds so "musical"]



AND SO, BAND lets WORK TOGETHER and ROCK OUR SYF RECORDS. Now. DROP the ideology of FAILING. WE ARE GONA CLINCH OUR SILVER back MAN!

Motivate each other. Come for practices. Work together as a band.



Chongtuck and me, really don't expect an overnite change- from a bronze band to a gold band.

All we need is your cooperation, your understanding. We will work together and get over the upcoming SYF. Lets change. Lets improve together, as a band, to achieve what we aimed for all along.



Once again. WE'RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER. LETS PROMISE THAT WE ALL PUT IN 101PERCENT FROM NOW ON. its never too late to start now.
